Sound Transit has announced a temporary suspension of Link light rail service between Capitol Hill and SODO stations on Sunday, February 23, 2025, to allow for pre-scheduled maintenance.
Sound Transit has announced a temporary suspension of Link light rail service between Capitol Hill and SODO stations on Sunday, February 23, 2025, to allow for pre-scheduled maintenance.
During this time, Link Shuttle buses will operate every 10-15 minutes to help passengers travel between affected stations.
To minimize disruptions, Sound Transit will provide free Link Shuttle buses to replace light rail service between Capitol Hill and SODO stations.
These shuttles will stop at: Capitol Hill Westlake University Street Pioneer Square International District/Chinatown SODO
Passengers traveling south from Capitol Hill must exit the train, board a shuttle bus, and reconnect with the Link light rail at SODO Station. Those traveling north through SODO will exit at SODO, take a shuttle to Capitol Hill, and continue their journey by train.
