The 7th edition of the Penang International Travel Exchange (PITE), a premier homegrown travel trade event, is set to take place from 8th to 10th October 2024.

Organized by Ace Conferences and supported by the Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau (PCEB), PITE continues to position Penang as the leading Business Events and Travel Destination in the Asia Pacific.

With its ever-growing significance in the global tourism market, PITE 2024 will feature over 40 exhibitors from Malaysia and welcome more than 100 buyers from 14 countries, including India, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Brunei, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The three-day event offers a comprehensive platform for connecting buyers and exhibitors through pre-scheduled appointments and one-on-one business meetings, providing valuable opportunities to engage with trade exhibitors from across Malaysia.

Additionally, PITE fosters industry connections through its networking sessions, where professionals can exchange ideas and explore potential collaborations in both formal and informal settings.

Participants will visit Penang Hill, The Habitat, Entopia Butterfly Farm, Tropical Spice Garden, and a Craft Batik workshop, experiencing firsthand the natural beauty and cultural richness of the island.
