Egis Joins Maryland's Purple Line LRT Project as Independent Engineer
Egis has been appointed as the Independent Engineer for Maryland̢۪s Purple Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, one of the largest rail public-private partnership (P3) projects in the U.S. In this role, Egis will review and oversee technical submissions and construction on behalf of both the Concessionaire, Purple Line Transit Partners, and the owner, the Maryland Department of Transportation/Maryland Transit Administration.
