AASA elects its Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson for 2024-25
The incoming Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Airlines Association of Southern Africa’s (AASA) were elected at the body’s 54th Annual General Meeting and will serve for the next 12 months.

The incoming Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Airlines Association of Southern AfricaâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s (AASA) were elected at the bodyâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s 54th Annual General Meeting and will serve for the next 12 months.
Ms. Lulu Rasebotsa has been re-elected as AASAâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s Chairperson. She is the General Manager of Air Botswana, with Interim CEO of South African Airways, Prof. John Lamola, chosen as the Deputy Chair.ÃâÃÂ
âÃâ¬ÃÅLulu and John will provide guidance and support to AASA in our ongoing engagements with governments, tariff, licensing and safety regulators, airport operators, air navigation service providers and other role players in our advocacy work.ÃâÃÂ
