Viewline Resort and Wildwood Hotel Refinanced with $99 Million Funding

An affiliate of Range Equity Management, L.P. (REM), Lodging Capital Partners (LCP), and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (Oaktree) originated a $99 million loan secured by the 254-room Viewline Resort and 158-room Wildwood Hotel in mid-mountain Snowmass, Colorado. The ownership group comprises High Street Real Estate Partners (High Street), the ACRON Group (ACRON), and RGP Partners (RGP). This loan facilitated the refinancing of the properties.

Situated in the heart of Snowmass Village, the Viewline Resort Snowmass Autograph Collection is renowned for its premium ski-in/ski-out access and family-friendly, multi-season appeal. The mid-mountain retreat features 254 guest rooms, including 20 suites, the Lupine Spa, a private ski and bike concierge, a heated mountainside pool with a sundeck and terrace, an onsite fitness center, and 24,000 square feet of event space at the resort and the adjoining Viewline Event Center. Nearby, the Wildwood Snowmass complements the resort with a prime location just steps from Snowmass Village and a cozy-chic atmosphere enhanced by recent updates.
