VIA Rail Canada (VIA Rail) has launched a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) today, seeking a co-development partner for its highly anticipated Dorval hub project.

VIA Rail Canada (VIA Rail) has launched a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) today, seeking a co-development partner for its highly anticipated Dorval hub project.

The initiative is designed to achieve two primary goals. First, VIA Rail is looking for investment to modernize and enhance the Dorval station, ensuring it meets the changing needs of its passengers.

Interested parties have until May 9, 2025, to submit their expressions of interest for this RFQ.
