Tuifly Belgium's Antwerp Flights Back on Track Offering Travelers Direct Access Once More

Tuifly Belgium has officially resumed its flight operations at Antwerp Deurne Airport after months of interruption due to a shortage of essential spare parts for its Embraer aircraft. The airline faced significant challenges since late July 2024, which forced it to temporarily redirect flights through Brussels Airport. This diversion was necessary because the larger Boeing aircraft, utilized as an alternative, were unable to land on Antwerp̢۪s shorter runway. The inconvenience required passengers to make additional travel arrangements via Brussels, impacting both the passenger experience and local airport traffic.
