Through keynote presentations and expert panels, senior leaders from Trip.com Group will explore how technology is transforming travel, offering insights into the latest industry trends and future directions. The company will also launch its Technology Game Changers report, a strategic analysis of emerging and breakthrough technologies, providing business leaders with valuable resources to navigate the rapidly evolving digital environment.
AI-Driven Personalisation and Digital Transformation
Mr Boon Sian Chai, Managing Director and Vice President of International Markets at Trip.com Group, will join Julia Simpson, President & CEO of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), to unveil the Technology Game Changers report on March 5, 2025, at the Presentation Hub in Hall 5.3. The report will examine emerging innovations across four key areas, offering strategic insights into digital transformation.
Mr Schubert Lou, COO of Trip.com, will participate in an exclusive panel discussion on March 4, 2025, at the eTravel Stage in Hall 6.1, exploring how Trip.com leverages AI-driven personalisation to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty. European Market Growth and Strategic Partnerships
The company recently opened new offices in Paris and Istanbul, complementing existing locations in London, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, Rome, and Barcelona. European travel bookings have shown strong growth, with air ticket and hotel bookings increasing by over 70% year-over-year and German travel bookings rising by nearly 60% year-over-year.
