An eight-part film series, directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Justin Taylor Smith, accompanies the dining experience. As each course is presented, guests are treated to cinematic glimpses of the farmers, artisans, and fishermen who play a vital role in shaping the ingredients on their plates. This unique blend of storytelling and gastronomy highlights sustainability and celebrates the artistry of food production.

The journey culminates with a seasonal tea service created by the SingleThread culinary team and a hands-on floral design session. Using gathered materials, guests will craft bespoke arrangements in artisan vases to take home. This intimate experience, limited to eight guests, is priced at $450++ per person.
