Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole has announced the appointment of Robert Chinman as its new Director of Marketing. Chinman joins the Teton Village property with a wealth of experience, having previously held key positions at multiple Four Seasons locations and other high-end hospitality brands.

Chinman’s latest role comes after his successful tenure as the opening Director of Public Relations and Communications at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, which opened in November 2022. His leadership in Nashville played a critical role in shaping the property’s direction, positioning, and overall marketing strategy.

Chinman’s journey with Four Seasons began in 2017 when he was appointed Director of Public Relations and Communications at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. In 2019, he transitioned to Boston, joining the pre-opening team for Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, the city’s second property. His contributions there further cemented his reputation for excellence in luxury hospitality marketing.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chinman briefly expanded his experience outside the Four Seasons brand by working at SunSwept Resorts in St. Lucia. However, his passion for the Four Seasons brand brought him back just six months later, where he resumed his role in Nashville.

In his new position at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, Chinman is expected to leverage his broad expertise in public relations, communications, and marketing to enhance the resort’s presence and appeal. With a focus on driving strategic marketing initiatives, Chinman’s leadership is poised to elevate the guest experience and strengthen the property’s brand position in the competitive luxury travel market.
