This upscale hotel has also confirmed that in his expanded role, Ebzant will collaborate closely with Yvette Edwards, the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Hyatt, to enhance operational efficiencies across Park Hyatt properties throughout the Hyatt Americas region.

Ebzant's management approach, noted for its strong emphasis on both team empowerment and superior guest services, will now influence several notable Park Hyatt locations, including those in Toronto, Aviara, Washington D.C., Chicago, Beaver Creek, Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and the soon-to-open Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol.

Currently, under Ebzant’s stewardship, Park Hyatt New York is undergoing significant renovations to commemorate its decade of operation, signifying a recommitment to its status as a premier hospitality leader in New York. These enhancements include the creation of the luxurious 3,500-square-foot Manhattan Suite atop the 25-story building, relocation of its renowned Rossano Ferretti Hairspa and Spa Nalai, and improvements to other top-tier suites, highlighting the brand’s dedication to modern luxury and expansion, particularly with a new venture in Mexico.

Since joining the Hyatt family as a night room service attendant at the Hyatt Regency Paris Charles de Gaulle in 1996, Laurent has cultivated a diverse international career across Hyatt hotels worldwide, with the United States being the ninth country he has resided in during his professional journey.
