This fall, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North is launching Afternoon Tea, starting September 6, 2024. This seasonal experience will be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the stunning Onyx Bar & Lounge, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the desert and valley.

This fall, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North is launching Afternoon Tea, starting September 6, 2024. This seasonal experience will be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the stunning Onyx Bar & Lounge, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the desert and valley.

The experience begins with a selection of scones served with clotted cream, Arizona marmalade, berry compote, and honey whipped butter. The savory menu features a variety of items, including Potato Latke with Crème Fraiche, Chive, and Osetra Caviar; Dungeness Crab Roll on an organic butter roll; and Cognac Duck Terrine.

A highlight of the tea is the exquisite selection of sweet treats crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos. Guests can indulge in creations such as the Beehive, a coconut mousse and honey cake with passionfruit caviar; the Onyx, featuring chocolate mousse, salted caramel, and hazelnut crunch; the Cactus, offering a southwestern twist with prickly pear and cheesecake mousse; and the Sunset, a blend of citrus cream, seasonal fruit, and meringue.

Complementing these sweet and savory delights is a selection of over ten loose leaf teas, including Earl Grey Lavender, Lemon Ginger, Rose Hawthorn Pu’er, Blue Jasmine, and Chilean Cranberry Citrus.

The Afternoon Tea will have one seating from 2:00 to 4:00 pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with reservations required. The cost is USD 80 for adults and USD 40 for children.
