The Emirates Group, a key contributor to Dubai's development and a major employer in the region, has unveiled ‘Wejhaty,' a state-of-the-art lounge at its headquarters.
This facility is designed to serve global candidates, new joiners, employees, their families, and retirees, reflecting Dubai's commitment to attracting and nurturing top talent worldwide.

Facility Overview
Spanning 22,770 square feet, Wejhaty is more than just an employee lounge. It can accommodate up to 500 individuals simultaneously and aims to create an inspiring and welcoming environment that mirrors the Group's people-centric ethos. The facility integrates advanced technology to provide streamlined solutions and responsive services, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Services Offered
Employee Services: Wejhaty offers a comprehensive range of services, including biometrics, medical fitness tests, HR, IT, payroll, and cashier services. Additionally, it houses third-party international visa services to cater to employees' travel needs.
Family-Friendly Amenities: While employees are being served, their children can enjoy a dedicated play area supervised by a nanny, ensuring a family-friendly environment.
Team Facilities: The facility includes an amphitheater-style auditorium that can host around 100 people, ideal for team-building activities, projects, and training sessions. The auditorium is equipped with high-tech audio-visual solutions and scalable technical capabilities.
Candidate and New Joiner Experience
Wejhaty is designed to provide a seamless experience for both internal and external candidates. It features 19 discussion rooms accommodating up to 116 people and two assessment spaces for pilots, cadets, and other specialist roles. Senior executives are welcomed in an executive lounge with high-end meeting rooms equipped with the latest presentation technology.
Capacity and Annual Processing
Wejhaty can host 400 candidates for interviews and assessments, 100 new joiners for corporate induction, and serve 700 employees and their family members daily. Annually, the Group processes approximately 46,000 employee ID cards, 30,000 medical fitness tests, 8,200 UAE biometric registrations, and 3,400 X-rays for new joiners.
