easyJet is expanding its network from London Southend Airport with the launch of three fresh winter routes to Barcelona, Lanzarote, and Salzburg. Fares for the new destinations start at just £29.99, and flights are now open for booking.
With these new additions, easyJet now serves 20 destinations from London Southend, where it is also preparing to open a new three-aircraft base. The expanded operation will support around 1,200 jobs, including pilots and cabin crew roles based at the airport.
Barcelona remains a top choice for travellers, thanks to its iconic beaches, rich cultural heritage, and dynamic food scene. From world-class architecture and art to buzzing tapas bars and boutique hotels, the Catalonian capital offers something for every type of visitor.
Alongside the new routes, easyJet will also extend nine of its popular summer destinations into the winter schedule. Passengers can now travel year-round from London Southend to Gran Canaria, Enfidha, Malta, Faro, Antalya, Tenerife, Marrakech, Malaga, and Palma.
For those seeking an all-in-one holiday solution, easyJet holidays will offer curated winter sun packages across seven destinations. These include carefully selected hotels, flights, 23kg of luggage, and transfers for beach holidays. Many packages also feature free child places and are backed by Ultimate Flexibility, which provides peace of mind with options to amend bookings, a refund guarantee, and price protection.
With even more destinations, year-round service, and flexible holiday options, easyJet continues to grow its presence at London Southend, delivering more choice and convenience to travellers across the region.
