COFOCO Appoints Former Noma Service Director James Spreadbury as CEO for Hotel Operations

Copenhagen Food Collective (COFOCO) has announced the appointment of James Spreadbury as the group̢۪s first CEO of hotel operations, overseeing its award-winning Coco Hotel and the soon-to-open Hotel Bella Grande. Spreadbury brings over 22 years of hospitality experience to this newly created role, having previously served as Service Director at the world-renowned Noma restaurant.
