The array includes iconic names such as Tong Iec Pak Fa Fui, revered for dried fruits and sauces; Porthos Macau, a sardine brand known far and wide; Kong Hing Loong Shrimp Sauce, maintaining its traditional methods; Cheng Chau Chou KeiâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s preservative-free coffee; Chak In KeeâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s classic Macau egg waffles; Lai KeiâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s nostalgic ice cream; Feng JiâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s Pork Trotter and Ginger; and Soi Lou WengâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s famous crab rice. The event also introduces rising stars like The Matcha Cafe Maiko, which brings UjiâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s renowned matcha from the 160-year-old Himawari no Sato farm in Hawaii.
As dusk falls each evening around 6 pm, Broadway Food Street pulses with the sounds of live street music, featuring local bands and singers who set the stage for a lively experience. Visitors can try their luck at the claw machine challenge, with enticing prizes for the fortunate.
