Axel Ziegler joins Andaz Prague with over two decades of experience under the prestigious Hyatt brand, enhancing the hotel’s leadership with his profound guest-centric and solution-driven approach. His illustrious career includes pivotal roles at Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf, Hyatt Regency Cologne, and Grand Hyatt Berlin. At Andaz Prague, Ziegler oversees the operations, guest experiences, and management of the hotel’s 152 luxury rooms and 24 expansive suites. His primary focus is on driving operational excellence and implementing strategic initiatives that cultivate a robust team culture, boosting guest satisfaction and solidifying the hotel's prestigious market position.

Christopher Koleros steps into the role of Director of Sales and Marketing with a rich background in hotel management and corporate brand strategy across Europe and beyond. Most recently, he excelled as the Commercial Director at InterContinental Resort Mauritius, where he orchestrated a triumphant re-opening and implemented sales and marketing strategies that significantly enhanced the resort’s market presence. His previous positions include Director of International Sales at Hilton Worldwide and Area Director of Sales and Marketing at IHG Hotels and Resorts, where he was instrumental in driving substantial growth across multiple markets.

In his new role at Andaz Prague, Koleros is tasked with overseeing all sales and marketing operations, aiming to optimize revenue streams, enhance client relationships, and introduce innovative guest programming.
