Triple Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Lallement curates the menu, featuring meat, poultry, fish, and vegetarian options. Desserts are crafted by Nina MÃÆétayer, the 2024 World Pastry Chef. A selection of wines, champagnes, and various drinks complement the meals, served in designer tableware by Jean-Marie Massaud, replicating the airlineâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s Business meal service.
