The Apple Watch Ultra 2 isn't new, as it launched last year, but its newly available black color looks pretty sick and is currently receiving one of its first (small) discounts. Right now, you can get the black titanium Ultra 2 with a green Alpine Loop strap in either small or large sizes for $749.99 ($49 off) at Amazon. (And if you're not style-obsessed, the Ultra 2 is still available at Amazon in its original color for $689.99.)
It's still an expensive smartwatch even with this modest discount, but if you feel compelled to get one now, whether for its adventure-ready fitness tracking or fashion reasons (hey, no judgment here), you might as well save what you can.
Apple's chunky wearable has a large 49mm display, and its titanium case makes it more than rugged enough for the average weekend warrior (as long as you're one with a requisite iPhone, of course). But outside of the customizable Action Button for power users and features like multiband GPS, which is more accurate than the single-band GPS found on lesser Apple Watches, one of the biggest appeals of the Ultra is its battery life. It can easily last up to two full days on a single charge, which, for some folks, may make its high price worth it alone.

We recently covered a great deal on LG's 65-inch C4 OLED TV, but now the 42-inch C4 is selling for a new low of $946.99 ($453 off) at Amazon and $949.99 at Best Buy. It's the latest version of LG's excellent line of somewhat budget-friendly 4K OLED TVs, in a size that's most appropriate for smaller rooms or as a jumbo-sized computer monitor. Like prior models many of us here at The Verge own and love, it supports up to 4K / 120fps with beautifully vivid colors and punchy contrast across its four HDMI 2.1 ports, with the added benefit of the C4's improved AI upscaling.Woot is offering the latest Amazon Fire TV Cube in refurbished condition for $75.99 ($64 off the price of a new model), and Prime members automatically get an additional 15 percent off at checkout, dropping it even further to $64.59. The combination streaming box / smart speaker comes with a limited 90-day warranty but remains a fine choice for streaming if you're already well into Amazon's ecosystem. It supports all the major HDR formats, hands-free voice controls, and Wi-Fi 6E.
