A woman aged in her 70s has been murdered in a domestic violence incident in Sydney, police allege.
The woman, 74, was found by police with critical injuries outside a home on Bronte Road, Bronte, about 6pm on Thursday.
Police and paramedics treated her, but she died a short time later in hospital.
A 74-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Waverley police station, where he was charged with murder.
He was remanded in custody ahead of an appearance in Waverley local court on Friday.
